5. Fabric and Material Selection

Fabric availability may vary depending on mill supply, seasonal availability, production requirements, and other external factors. Where a selected fabric is unavailable, AR Apparels may recommend a suitable alternative for client approval.

Fabric samples and swatches may appear slightly different from the final production material due to screen settings, lighting, dye batches, and natural variations in textile materials.

6. Samples and Approvals

Where sampling is required, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, designs, colours, measurements, and other specifications before production begins. Once production has been approved, changes may result in additional costs, delays, or revised delivery timelines.

7. Orders and Production

Production will begin only after the required project details, specifications, approvals, and order arrangements have been confirmed. Production timelines may vary depending on order quantity, fabric availability, design complexity, sampling requirements, and other project factors.

AR Apparels will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays arise from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production, material purchasing, or custom manufacturing has commenced, cancellation or modification may not be possible without additional charges.

Any applicable cancellation, modification, or refund arrangements will be considered based on the stage of production and costs already incurred.

9. Quality Inspection

AR Apparels carries out quality checks as part of its production process. Clients should inspect delivered garments promptly and notify AR Apparels of any significant defects or discrepancies within a reasonable period after delivery.

11. Intellectual Property
